About Charise Marti, PMHNP-BC
Charise Marti is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Health & Harmony Psychiatry, LLC, where compassionate care meets down-to-earth practicality. After more than two decades in fast-paced ICU and ER settings, she created her practice to offer clear answers, thoughtful medication management, and the least medication needed for patients to thrive.
She spent over a year providing psychiatric services in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory-care communities—experience that shaped her deep understanding of the mental health needs of older adults and medically complex patients. This background fuels her specialized approach, especially when partnering with families and DPOAs to simplify medication regimens and improve safety.
Known for her approachable style, strong clinical instincts, and nerd-level love of brain chemistry, Charise listens closely, explains clearly, and works collaboratively—never rushing, never judging, always advocating.
When she isn’t caring for patients, Charise is carried by the soft, wild current of life with her husband and six daughters — a swirl of noise, love, and lessons that shape her in all the best ways. From that beautiful chaos, she gathers the kind of clarity you only earn by living deeply. She builds Health&Harmony with a steady, quiet fire, meeting patients with understanding carved from her own storms. She knows the contours of struggle and the slow climb back to yourself — and she brings that presence to every patient she welcomes into her care, even through the glow of a screen.
